I don’t know if I’m getting older or my daughter is getting older, but it seems like yesterday Malena was a baby, and now we are planning her 15^th birthday. I remember when she was about 7 years old and we walked by a dress shop with beautiful dresses for a Quinceañera.  Of course, we told Malena, wait till you are 15.

We took Malena to try on some dresses, they are more expensive that we had imagined.

We talked to our Church about Mass and using their Reception hall and it is also expensive. When we consider, accessories for the dress, food, cake, flowers, decorations, photography and entertainment, we are overwhelmed with the costs.

Malena looks forward to sharing this night with all her friends and family and we are excited to make it one of the most special nights in our family’s history.
